change management - Priority , risk and impact based

Hi Experts,

 

Changing the Risk or Impact doesn't appear to change the Priority , how to make it this one, please help me on this

Priority is not automatically set based on Risk or Impact. You can set it manually, or you can create a priority lookup and then set the priority accordingly. However, in Change, the priority needs to be set manually.

Hi @keerthana10 ,

 

Please check if the matrix is established in Policies-> Priority Lookup Rules   

OOB it's already established in Incident. However for Change Management you have to set the Priority manually as OOB.

Out-of-the-box, there is no priority matrix for Change; it is only available for Incident and Problem management.
