Change model 'Standard' prevented state transition from New to Draft

Change model is not working for Preapproved standard change while creating new record, instead of insertion it throws an error "Change model 'Standard' prevented state transition from New to Draft", though i have made the starnsition

Still something is blocking it. Did you clear your cache (could be that the transition limitation is still in cache). If that's not the issue: can you share your state model? Because 'New to Draft' sounds like something that should always be possible, although a standard change should be predefined and not have a 'draft'?

There is no 'new' in your model. If your standard changes are created in state new, you should have that state there as well.
