Change Proposal Planned End value not displaying correctly

I'm seeing an odd issue in Firefox only, when I enter estimated effort time, the Planned End date/time shows NaN-0NaN-0NaN 0NaN:0NaN:0NaN instead of 2023-11-13 14:08:40.
