SCTASK is not visible

Good evening,
I have created the Request flow, so user will log a REQ, then it will generate the RITM.
When RITM is approved by the line manager, it should create a SCTask.
Now when I am testing it by logging the REQ, the flow works fine.
However when I impersonate my colleagues with ITIL or no roles, I can create the REQ on the SP portal.
It has created the RITM, however when I approve it, it is not creating the SCTask.
Can you please advise what can be the issue? Is it linked with ACL or something else?

Are you try to see the SCtask on portal , if yes it not possible. Task not visible to user on portal. But if you are trying to see in native view then there must be no issue / no acl.
Please check the flow which attached to that RITM and see where it and why it stuck or share some screen shot to help.
