Change ServiceNow login email from professional to personal email ?

Not sure if it is the right forum.

I am using my organizations email address to log in to ServiceNow accounts : now learning, PDI instance , community.

I want to change the email to my personal email address .

What is the process to do that ?

I keep on getting this error on every browser

If you can't change it as mentioned in previous post, I would recommend you to create a case through Now Learning to get the proper support.
