Change sponsor and Change coordinator to be able to attach documents when Change is in 'Change Review / Pending Approval' State.

"Change sponsor" & "change coordinator" both are the fields in change form.

I need to write a ACL to grant acces for this on SYS ATTACHMENT TABLE .

Please help me with this as Im not understanding how i can write a ACL for the change on SYS ATTACHMENT TABLE.

please find the attachment of SYS ATTACHMENT TABLE COLUMNS.

kindly help me with this as i have stuck with this.

Hi Harsh Vardhan,

The thread provides information for disabling the attachment access but I need to enable the access for change sponsor & change coordinator when change request is in state change review/ pending approval

is there any condition? on that basis you want to enable the attachments?

you mean to say on the basis of field and state value you want to enable the attachment? i am sorry still i have question

if this your requirement then can you please explain your business need why you want to enable attachment on the basis of field and state value?

curious to understand your requirement.

Change sponsor and Change coordinator are fields on Change form and are not the roles.

I have attached a attachment of sys attachment columns in the original request which might be helpful.

Kindly help me with this Harsh as it's pending in my queue.
