Change state

Hi guys,

 

I Got some Groups on Work order table, and all the group have the same States, for example: Assigned, work in progress, close completed, etc'

 

now, i opened a new group, and i want different states, like on hold and etc'  

 

can i make it?

You can do , but what is the use case of same? You need to write ACL / scripts to make it.

Hi @Shpilmaa ,

Query - how groups are related to state field on work order form. If you need more state option for work order record then you can create new choice. ( same as on incident state form ).
