I have doubt regarding the Change success score (historical) job where it is mentioned Relative and Fixed. I have requirement where they want to run teh scrores from 1/11/2023 till date to show the data in Change Success Score indicator on the Analytics Hub.I tried to deactivate the Change success score metrice(Daily) to avoid interference in the Historical data output as per the document : https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0997865 but still i am not sure about it. It will be helpful if experts can give some idea aboout the same as i am new to this Change success score board along with that please share the difference between Change Type and model success score dashboard.
