Change Task related list not visible for Change Request extended table

Hi All,

I've a little problem with one related list.

I've extend the Change Request Table (u_change_request_new) but i'm unable to make visible the change task related list for this table.

I add the related list and if I impersonate SysAdmin I'm able to see it, but if i'm impersonate an ITIL user the related list disappears.

I've tried to create a ne related list without result.....

have you got any ideas?

thanks for your question, I use Change request field.



i'v resolved the problem. My extende table was missing some ACLs like "list_edit" for the record.

Hi Mattia,



Which field are you using in Change task to link to the new Record?


You may need to give read access to that field to the ITIL role.
