Change template issue

Hello ServiceNow family,

 

I have created 3 change templates name with template1, template2, template3. 

But every time I clicked on any template record its redirecting to one of them with no possibility to access others. Whenever I tried to open these 3 templates in a new tab then all the window tabs shows the same template here its showing template2 in my case.
This issue is for some users and some not.
Any help will be highly appreciated.

Hi @Soni Rahul , 

What's meaning of "with no possibility to access others" , when you click on one template means you are trying to create a CHG record as per template.

Share the steps  how you are opening the template records.
