Change the Default Operator while doing filter

Hi,

I haven't tried this before so, I don't have an idea about. The doubt is when we doing filter " If I select short description and search for any string" after clicking enter it is giving me the results but my question here  is if I expand the run filter it is showing "Short description, greater than or is, string" But in the place of "greater than or is" I want "contains" as default.

I appreciate your help. However, a small query that is, how do we know that the label of the option present at the top is Go To.

They have just named the default operator set in the system operator as Go To.
