Changes made to list layout in related lists tab are not reflecting - ServiceNow

Hi All,

 

I am modifying the list layout to add one column to the related lists tab. However, the changes are not reflecting, when I impersonated with other users  and visit the page again , only for me it was showing the field.

 

Also, it is showing this below message:

You have personalized this list with list mechanic you will not see the changes here until your personal list is reset to column defaults.

 

SO, can some one let me know how to show the changes made in the list view when impersonated with any user, the field should be visible in related list tab.

Hi,

Did you Reset to column defaults as an admin in the related list layout? then only it will reflect to other users when they login fresh.

Users need to logout and login to see the new list layout in related list.

I have done that but am not able to see the field when impersonating with other users, it was only visible to me.

You personalized only current user's (in your case admin) list layout by click on the gear icon. This change in lost layout is local to the user (admin) and will not have any impact on other user's list layout.
