Changes made to list layout in related lists tab are not reflecting - ServiceNow

Hi All,

 

I am modifying the list layout to add one column to the related lists tab. However, the changes are not reflecting, when I impersonated with other users  and visit the page again , only for me it was showing the field.

 

Also, it is showing this below message:

You have personalized this list with list mechanic you will not see the changes here until your personal list is reset to column defaults.

 

SO, can some one let me know how to show the changes made in the list view when impersonated with any user, the field should be visible in related list tab.

Hi,

As an admin right click on related list -> Configure -> List layout -> add/remove fields -> save

Then reset to column defaults and then inform users to logout and login again.

if you want the change to be reflected for all the users then make changes to  Related List layout 

Configure > List Layout then add or remove fields and save it.

Note: This will have impact on all users on the platform.

I have made changes to  Related List layout , but iam not able to see the column in related list tab for other users

Can you please check whether the user personalized the list layout
