Hi,
There is a requirement to change the color of the specific menu item in the CSM Portal. I cloned the OOTB menu widget and tagged it to the menu, but I am getting JavaScript console errors for the angular templates I have added in the cloned widget. Those angular templates are available in OOTB Menu Widget also. Moreover, I am not getting how to change the background color of the specific menu item.
Can anyone help me on how to rectify the errors and add the background color to the specific menu item?
Need to change the background color for 'Create Case' menu item.

You can simply do this under Service Portal configuration. I don't think it's possible to change the color for the specific module in navigation bar.
