Changing header background color

I want to change the color of this header bar.

I configured something in Basic configuration UI16 as below but it does not work.

Do you have any idea?

Hi -I am also facing the same issue above, when I try to change my header background colour using Basic configuration UI16, the changes don't work. can anyone help please?

You are using Next Experience/Polaris, so UI16 configs won't work.
