Good Afternoon all,
I have a requirement within the knowledge base module. Essentially for each category on a KB article, they require an approver. I have added a field on the kb_category table for category approvers and they receive the knowledge_manager role. This works perfectly in the workflow as it checks the category of the article and asks kb category managers for that category for approval. The issue I have is that these category owners even though they have the knowledge_manager role can't retire articles or do the same things that a knowledge_manager in the knowledge manager field on the knowledge base.
Is there anyway to change this to allow my kb category owners to retire articles and do same things as knowledge managers in the field on the knowledge base?
