Chat transfer to Queue

While a chat is been transfer to another queue, the agent is is left and we get message "Transferring to {Queue Name}",
But after some time the User get message "We've not heard from you for a few minutes. Would you like to keep the chat session open?"
This is giving a bad user experience as user is just waiting the chat to be transferred.
How to resolve the same. Not able to figure out from where this message appearing?
