ChatGPT usecase for ServiceNow users

What are some of the solid usecases of ChatGPT in serviceNow ? Integrating VA with ChatGPT bot is not providing any value as you can directly question ChatGPT bot without integrating it with VA. Are there any other usecases?

As seen from the other reply...they simply asked ChatGPT that question.

The tool is meant to assist with research and not be the sole solution. Use it in that manner.

a chat gpt style interface to build application modules and github co-pilot like addition to script fields to help with script generation would be an incredible application of AI tech to accelerate development in platform.

 

idea portal:

Utilize AI to create record producers / service catalog items by simply typing out the name, fields, case type for a service.

My thoughts were to only use ChatGPT to potentially handle small talk and also as a potential fallback if your knowledge yields no results.

 

More so utilising it as a way of handling general questions that aren't aligned to the business.
