Check ticket status on VA

Hi, when a user clicked the check IT ticket status option within the VA and selected a ticket and then try to add a comment it says this. It is fine for other users but says this on multiple tickets of hers? Any suggestions?

Just this topic for one person so far, we have only just tested it so dont know if it was working earlier and we have not recently upgraded
