I enabled one topic block (_add_comment_to_incident) by duplicating it into appear in chat space of virtual agent which is OOB and it's read only. And renamed it as " Add comment to incident". but when i tried to use it in chat to update incident comment (as it designed for that functionality) it's not working and it's showing something like this below.
How can i resolve that issue to successfully use that topic block
I checked the properties of it :

Hello @Pratik Malviya
Live agent support topic block is already enabled and published. But whenever I selected live agent support in chat space, it's showing "There are no agents available at the moment. Please try again later".
So if the issue is may be because of this, how could we solve that?
Thank you
