Checkbox variable showing false value in additional comments on portal and also in native view

Hi Expert,

I have created a record producer which have a checkbox field and when it is not checked i.e. the value is false ,then also it is showing on the additional comments on portal ,but it should show only if the checkbox field is checked .

can you share screenshot where are you exactly referring?

checkbox variable always has a value; it can be true or false

@Ankur Bawiskar I have created a checkbox variable and have applied UI Policy on it ,based on the condition when to show that checkbox and when to hide , But when the checkbox is not visible on the form then also it is showing false value on the esc portal under "Additional details"..But we do not want to show the false value of the checkbox on portal in additional details section.
