How to hide unchecked checkbox variable on Self Portal.

Hello,

I have 3 checkboxes A, B, C  in the Catalog item.  User only checked A checkbox, but in the portal it is showing up true and false values.  It is possible only shows the checkbox with true value?  Thank you

In the Portal is showing all values.

Some of the Requests, users want to see all the checkboxes values.

Is it possible to target only on specific Service Request?

It works perfect.  I'm so happy.  I got a same issue with date field where it show up all the dates even when there are no date in the field.  Do you know who I can hide them as well.
