Checklist Creation in Business Continuity Management Workspace

Hi Everyone,
We have a requirement to configure checklist in Crisis Events Records in BCM Workspace View. We are able to configure in the Platform View, but it doesn't show up when we open the events in Workspace view.
We understand this configuration needs to be done in the UI Builder, but we are unable to identify the exact page where the configuration needs to be done and also what sort of configurations are required.
Any help is much appreciated. Thanks !
