Hello community, has anyone seen this error with flow designer? 

Ignoring message=null because context is already terminal

Running a very simple REST post flow action. Not seeing where 'message' is part of the configuration, inputs, or outputs.

Is this environment is cloned or upgraded one.

This is cloned. I believe its related to a Flow Action Rest step that we created.
