CI record display value is missing, but the sys_id is available

Hi all,
A record got created in Affected CI under a change request, this affected CI record does not contain any display value in the CI filed(it is blank). But if i click on show xml ui action i am able to see the sys_id for that field(display value missing). I used this sys_id to search the cmdb_ci table, but unable to find the record. Can anyone suggest me where it could have went wrong or why is this happening. Has anyone faced this kind of issue?.

Please check if it has been into deleted records.
Normally, if you delete any record from system, sys_id of the record gets displayed in referencing tables.

Hi, Since CI are audited, so we can get it from deleted records. But the sysid it is giving here , if we enter it in the sysid of audit deleted data , its nt showing there. If you know the date u deleted, u can check and undelete that record.
