B. a discoverable CI
C. the admin role
D. Service Mapping installed

@Mark Manders is correct do some analysis before posting your questions. It seems like your are just worried about getting certified without having knowledge.

Please do some basic course and then ask your questions.

But correct answer seems to Be "D". Without service mapping we can't see the discovery pattern logs

No SM event not required to check the logs.
