My team’s ultimate goal is to have the capability to customize our catalog item look, feel, and workflow. Would what we are looking for be a great fit for Citizen Development? Our catalog item was setup by another team.

As per me yes ,. if I as a developer (can be citizen/pro or new dev) know about flow / Portal, can do customization easily.

First i would like to say thanks for your feedback. My org even though i have the certs for citizen development and i see the capabilities of Citizen Development. My org we have to go through a lengthy process to have the role. We do have members who have the role, So with that being said I am wondering if in fact I need the role or not, if our catalog item has been developed and we just want to customize it.
