Hi,
Out of the box without topics created, the virtual agent displays our catalog items and results from 1 of our knowledgebases. My problem is our primary knowledgebase isn't showing up in the virtual agent results. I'm not sure why. The articles all appear when using the ESC search bar. We have AI Search enabled. I'm at a loss why it's not displaying results from our primary KB. Any tips?

Hi @Zack9,
Haven't tested so I cannot guarantee that this will work or not but I believe you will need to modify the Search Profile.
- Navigate to AI Search > Search Experience > Search Applications
- Open Virtual Agent Default Search Application
- Open the referenced record in Search Profile field
- Modify (or add) Search Sources in the related list as per the requirements
You many need to rebuild the Search source after the modification

This is what it was, thank you! I had looked there with tired eyes yesterday and didn't catch that the search profile defaults to service portal profile. I needed to change the service portal to our ESC profile.
