Click on record producer from portal it is giving 404 error msg

When I am searching for a record producer form

Then I will be able to select the record producer form

AND I will not be directed to a 404 error page

Can you please help to resolve this issue.

Please check the RP as it seems published and activated, but this appears to be a cache issue. Generally, it should not happen; it is redirecting to some other link.
