Clicking on category on CSM portal, not displaying the related catalog item in the page.

Hello Everyone,
When I click on "Catalog" from the CSM Portal and then try to click on a category the tiles don't change. Still it shows popular Item.

Currently it seems like this,

after i refresh the page, the tiles showing related catalog item

Its not only for me, its for everyone and its happening in all instances
