Close task button not visible to some users ( on the sc_task) table

I checked all the roles and the UI action , but still some people cannot see that ; any thoughts pls

Did you check the conditions in UI action? Sometimes buttons can also be hidden by client scripts also.

HI,

According to me, what i have observed is, if you are a member of that assignment group and you have itil role then it will be visible to you.

If you have Admin role its not visible to you. If you are assigned to it will be visible to you.

This conditions can be modified and controlled as per requirement.
