Hi Community,
Configured the CMDB Health scorecard and in the Health inclusion rule have only added computer and network and it is correctly calculating the health on approx 7000 CI only. However on the CMDB CI relationship scorecard (2nd tab) under CMDB Dashboard, the Health inclusion rule added to Compliance, correctness and completeness not working. It is showing all the classes with lakhs of records. How can I remove other classes from CMDB CI Relationship Scorecard and just keep computer and network.
Please help me to understand and fix this. Thank you !!

-The CMDB CI Relationship Scorecard provides a visual representation of the relationships between Configuration Items (CI) within the ServiceNow CMDB.
-It is used to identify any missing or incorrect relationships between CIs, as well as identify any potential problems with the overall CMDB structure.
-The scorecard allows administrators to quickly and easily identify any issues that may be causing performance or accuracy issues within the CMDB.
-The scorecard is available in the ServiceNow platform as a dashboard widget, and can be accessed by clicking the “CMDB CI Relationship Scorecard” link in the navigation bar.

Hi Sourav,
Thanks for your reply. Is it possible to filter out the classes in CMDB CI Relationship scorecard and their associated relationships. For example- I have added the Network class in the health dashboard and I only want to see the relationship associated with Network CIs like routers and switches in the CMDB CI relationship scorecard.
Please advise if this can be achieved and how? Many thanks for your help.
