Greetings.
I need to map data from existing sources to the ServiceNow CMDB.
Can someone point me to the CMDB data model?
I found an older Community message on point, but the link doesn't seem to work.

Thanks kindly.

As per my understanding, there is no specific data model, it depends on the needs of businesses and how they want to connect different applications and infra.

My recollection (from the ServiceNow CMDB training) is that ServiceNow recommends that the 'out-of-the-box' entities/structure be used to facilitate data ingest.
How can that be if there is no default data model?

Agree SN recommends using OOTB, but no default model as such is given. As I said, If I am a small customer, I use a few tables but If I big customer I can all tables. So better use the OOTB structure and build your model.
