Column in task table with info from incidents and requested items

Hi guys,
I need to populate a column in the task table list with the respective catalog item of both requested items and incidents. Currently, we show the catalog items of all requested items, but for the incidents the value is empty. Is it possible to do it?
My first idea was create a new field on the task table in which the INC and RITM would inherit. But that's not an option from the feedback i had, because it have much impact on the project.

On form , do you incident has any direct mapping with Req item?

We have a column "catalog item" in the task table, in which we populate with the respective catalog item in which the RITM case was created. Now we need to do the same, but for the INC cases, but in the same column from the task table list.
