Column in task table with info from incidents and requested items

Hi guys,

I need to populate a column in the task table list with the respective catalog item of both requested items and incidents. Currently, we show the catalog items of all requested items, but for the incidents the value is empty. Is it possible to do it?

My first idea was create a new field on the task table in which the INC and RITM would inherit. But that's not an option from the feedback i had, because it have much impact on the project.

For the Catalog item you can see the relationship, bcz it has , but in Incident there is no further relationship so it will show blank only.
