Hello,
I want to change the column name with in the related list only, not at the list view level of the table. Does anyone have any suggestion, please provide.
Note: Update should happen across all users with in the instance not specific to me.

Your related list will show the columns on the list. It's just not a separate list, but one showing as related. So either you need to change the label for the list, and it will translate to the related list, or you look at the default label.
