Comment on Knowledge article to create feedback task

Hi

 

If a user leaves a comment(irrespective of rating, helpful,flagging) I would like to have the Knowledge feedback task created. 

 

How do I  implement this?  I see if I rate a KA , then feedback task is getting created. But If I comment it just goes to kb_feedback table.

 

Any help appreciated.

You will have to create via Business rule that runs when article is commented

Hey @Ravi Chandra_K do you know if all other features with feedbacks are working also with this config ? like emails notiifications  etc
