Hello Experts,
We have a notification sent out to (watch list, assigned to, opened by and caller) when a comment is added on the Incident, But the ask is that notification should not be sent to the user who added the comment, EX: If a assigned to user adds comment, notification should not be sent to Assigned to, OR If a member of watch list adds a comment, notification should not got that particular user.
How should the BR look like to trigger an event? especially for watchlist case?
Thanks,
Rocky.

Hi @Rocky5
Do you already have a notification created?
If yes, then in the event notification uncheck send to event creator (whom to send section). Enable advance view if this option is not visible.
If my response helped, please mark it helpful and accept the solution so that it benefits future readers.
Regards,
Rohit
