Comments are showing above knowledge article instead bottom of the article

Hi Experts,

Post upgrade to "Washingtondc" we found one issue related to knowledge articles, comments are showing above knowledge articles, instead at the bottom of the knowledge articles.

May i request inputs how to revert back to its original position.

I moved to Washington DC and I'm not seeing this issue. Comments seems to be its own widget. I would just check the page that displays your KB Articles and see if it got moved above the KB article widget for some reason.
