Comments in catalog task

I see catalog task table extends task table, but I can't see comments field in catalog task, I can only see worknotes field.

 

How to get the comments field on the form?

Hi @girisht 

In recent versions of ServiceNow, comments field is not available in the form OOTB. But, you can add it from form layout.

 

From the form context menu, Select Configure -> Form Layout and add Additional Comments field form available to selected slush bucket. See the screenshots below.

 

Before adding the field:

You can add the comments via Form Layout or Form designer.
