Need document about common issues and related to day to day operations which we face in CMDB/ITOM/ITAM module of SN. Require such document for L1 developers so that they can refer the same and trouble shoot the issues. I have jotted down the below points , anyone would like to add more here. We can find such points more in ITSM but not in Asset Management area.
