Nowadays in our ServiceNow instance, we are getting the Common slow loading forms in the last 30 Days finding commonly. can anyone please let me know how to fix this finding?

The first place to check is at the the very bottom right hand side of a form, there is a little clock icon. This is the Browser Response Time. It will give you a measurement of how long it took to load the various parts of the form and run all of the required scripts.
This will point you in the right direction as to what could be causing the problem.
