archival works for table data which has huge records such as incidents, problems etc
why you want archival for Flow?
what's your actual business requirement?

Personally, for older flows (either no longer used, or an older version). I like to prefix something at the begining of the flow name and decactivating the flow. An example like "(Retried) - My Flow name".
