Community Global Announcement not showing in Community Portal

The documentation mentions that Global announcements appear in a banner and Forum announcements appear in the Announcements section.

However, my Global announcement is not showing at all and my Forum announcements are showing in the banner as well as the Announcements section.

Can help to check if this is a bug?

Okay, this only affects Customer Service Portal with suffix "/csm?id=community_home", but looks okay on "/community".

Hi! I'm not getting Announcements to work at all. I've tried your solution as well, but that didn't help.

I've got both global and forum announcement up and active, correct display dates, public, on correct portal (Community) but nothing shows. Got any ideas I can test?
