Compare "Count" aggregation to Integer (Quantity)

The business has a requirement to compare the "count" against the Allocation Quantity field and identify the mismatch. The count is run on alm_hardware and "Allocation" is a reference to a custom table. Is there a way to achieve this through a report? My screenshot is from a Multilevel Pivot table.

I want to only report on differences between "Allocation Quantity" and "Count." Since Count is an aggregation and not a field, how would I achieve this solution?

Seems you should be able to limit the columns, I don't see any report definition here. Try a Support Case to get assistance. Or wait for others to post their thoughts.
