Condition based on script for one member of one group to approve

I am looking for a "condition based on script" for workflow approval for one member of one group (either rejecting or approving) when there are two groups in the workflow activity.

Example:

GroupA has 10 members

GroupB has 2 members

GroupA members can approve or reject until

A:  the first person from GroupB either approves or rejects and then the answer for the approval status would be that value regardless of the responses from GroupA.

B: Everyone in GroupA approves or rejects and then the answer for the approval status would be that value regardless of the responses from GroupB.

any method other than condition based on script would also be welcome!

You mentioned 'workflow' in your original response so I am going to assume for now that you are using Workflow Editor in ServiceNow. You can leverage the 'Approval Coordinator' activity to manage your approvals and get the outcome you specified above.

Once you add the Approval Coordinator to your Workflow, enter the groups you want (Group A and Group B) inside it.
