Condition issue in Report

Hello 

I need a help on creating a report. Basically,  I need to create a report which shows an overview of each request item created or amended since April 2023 and how often they have been raised each month. 

I picked Column (Time Series) and configured the group by: item and trend by: Created. I also set the condition as created at/after 06.04.2023 OR updated at/after 06.04.2023. However, I still see records from 2020!!! What am I missing here?😓

It looks like you have an "or" and not "and" between the two sets of conditions.

It's because the report have a condition Updated at or after 06.04.2023.

So there is a case that the request was created in 2020 and if this request got updated recently (after the date above), it will be counted in the report.

Hi @AysenurU ,

it’s because of your condition updated after. Look at it by this way: a record can be created in 2020, never resolved, and by that updated in 2023. So basically your report is not wrong but showing what you’re asking.
