Condition tab is not visible in workflow

Hi Friends,

When i selecting the   Requested Item table in workflow the condition tab is not display can any one help me to resolve this issue.

There is a UI policy to hide conditions tab if table is sc_req_item. when you map workflow version to cat item, placing that item is the trigger condition for your workflow. You can check by - right clicking on header -> configure -> UI policy -> Hide conditions tab for sc_req_item table.

Hi Ramesh,



You can't write a condition for Requested Item table in workflow. It will trigger, when you link the workflow to a catalog item. condition wont work and is not required for requested item.
