How to remove these highlighted options/ buttons, I started seeing this one after the upgrade.

System Defintion > UI Actions
If these are created specifically for Workspace, then you can find them in All > Now Experience Framework > Declarative Actions > Form Actions and update their enabled value as False.

Open the Case form in native UI and via right click on Additional Actions > Configure > Form Layout - Change the view name to Workspace and ensure Contextual Search Results and Special Handling Notes Pop up above the Short Description are not in the selected pane (move to the left).
