Hello,
My doubt is I need to add the condition in cmdb ci module form.
Means if I add the filter conditions in cmdb ci module then, that filter will visible on the breadcrumbs of the cmdb ci list view right, hence how to add the condition for cmdb ci table please let me know.

Hi @manju12,
- Navigate to System Definition --> Modules.
- Check if there is any existing record by searching in table column with 'cmdb_ci'.
- If the record exists, you can open it or create 'New'.
- On the module and under the Link Type you can select the required table (cmdb_ci) and provide filter conditions and save it.
- You can provide the Application Menu, under which menu you want the module to be visible.
- You can also provide the order, where the module should be visible under the Application Menu selected.

Hi @manju12.,
We can create two or three modules on the same table. (Eg: for Incident, we have different modules like Open, All).
You can follow the above steps to create a module, with the filters required. Make sure the module name is different.

Hi @Rupanjani ,
Your answer is right but I won't create the new module I have to apply existed one only.
In Change request we have configuration field is there if I click search for configuration item field that re-direct to main cmdb_ci right I want to apply condition here.
